Brand-to-factory map
OEM relationships in the cone world are often opaque. Below we separate publicly stated production links from industry-reported associations.
| Brand / operator | Manufacturing relationship | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| OCB / Zig-Zag (Republic Brands) | Listed by Hara Supply as production clients on trade-show materials | Publicly stated by manufacturer |
| Jeeter, Stiiizy, GTI, Verano, Curaleaf, Terrascend, Alien Labs | Listed by Hara as entities they produce for | Publicly stated by manufacturer |
| RAW / HBI International | Cone assembly documented via Abellio (Ireland) and Indonesia; paper path via French mills / Spanish processing. Industry chatter sometimes also places Hara in the wider RAW supply conversation — treat as unverified without a primary citation. | Ireland/Indonesia documented; Hara link reported/unclear |
| Futurola | Sells its own extensive cone catalog and custom branding. Industry insiders often point to large India OEM capacity (frequently Hara) behind high-volume European cone brands — not confirmed in a public Hara client list reviewed for this page. | Industry-reported / unconfirmed |
| Blazy Susan | Markets branded papers and cones. Often cited alongside other consumer brands that source from major India OEMs such as Hara — not confirmed in Hara’s published client examples reviewed here. | Industry-reported / unconfirmed |
| MountainHigh / Original Cones | Dutch origin brand / assortment & equipment company (Vandenberg) | Brand-owned European lineage |
| Beautiful Burns | Elephant Brands Philippines manufacturing | Brand-stated vertical integration |
How to read OEM claims
Hara Supply is often described as OEM’ing for the vast majority of the cone space. That framing matches its publicly claimed scale (~100M cones/month and a large share of estimated global volume) and its published client roster — but individual brand relationships can change, and many brands never disclose factories.
When a brand says “our factory,” dig into whether they mean paper mills, cone forming, packaging, or filling. Paper origin, cone rolling, and final retail packaging are frequently in different countries.
