Abellio Productions / HBI Cones

HBI Innovations (parent of RAW and related brands) has publicly engaged Abellio Productions LTD, an automated cone manufacturing facility in Ireland, to supply high-consistency cones for medicinal cannabis channels.

Abellio’s public materials emphasize robotic / automated forming, cleanroom-style environments, dimensional consistency for filling machines, and backrolled constructions that place the paper overlap on the exterior. Ireland was selected in part for pharmaceutical workforce expertise and climate suited to paper processing.

Separately, reporting around HBI litigation and company statements indicates RAW cones have also been assembled in Indonesia, with rolling paper processed through French mills and Spanish finishing locations. Buyers should treat HBI’s manufacturing map as multi-country rather than a single “RAW factory.”
