Beautiful Burns / Elephant Brands

Elephant Brands (Beautiful Burns) publicly describes a vertically integrated pre-rolled cone manufacturing facility in Panabo City, Philippines, with a U.S. brand office presence. The company emphasizes local employment and quality pillars around paper and finishing.

Broader industry lore often cites an earlier large Philippines cone factory that reportedly produced for major international brands — including long-running relationships discussed in connection with RAW / HBI — though that specific historical OEM name is not clearly documented in the public sources reviewed for this directory. Beautiful Burns is the clearest currently public Philippines cone manufacturer to profile.
